Sour Puss was first performed at 'Resonate Bodies', an exhibition curated and produced by Pheonix Hunt at Fusion Arts, Oxford, July 2023. Performers dressed as serving staff offer visitors to the exhibition canapés which appear to be smoked salmon blinis. However, the canapés are made using unexpected ingredients, and have a potent, unpleasantly sour taste. Visitors' responses to the canapés were mixed.
